Description :

Would you like a job with a software services company that utilises both your driving skills and your office support talents? The Driver/Support Coordinator will be responsible for driving the Director from his London home to the Leicester office, to business meetings and airports. Whilst in the office, you will also be a point person maintaining a key service relationship between the company and its client base by ensuring that both the client and the internal teams are working together in a mutually beneficial way. You must be able to empathise with the client, be comfortable taking a hands-on approach to an issue and coordinate an appropriate course of action. Therefore, you are likely to be someone who enjoys networking and building long lasting working relationships. This is an opportunity for a flexible and energetic person to take on a unique role and to become part of an expanding, innovative and exceptional company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out driving duties for the Director professionally whilst adhering to all legal guidelines
  • Deliver a prompt, reliable and professional service
  • Be prepared to work flexibly
  • Become knowledgeable about the Company’s services offered and provide informed responses to customer enquiries
  • Provide software installation guidance and coordination of all enquiries
  • Hands-on engagement with service related issues
  • Coordination of clients’ on-line training needs
  • Support clients through any post-installation service or user-related issues
  • Key contributor to internal and external customer support meetings
  • Facilitate any incident/problem management activities
  • Add value through excellent customer service
  • Champion continual service improvement

Person Specification:

You must be a team-player and someone who will always put the customer first. A good sense of humour combined with a strong work ethic is important in this dynamic environment.
