Occupatinal Health Advisor/Screening Nurse
Must have a Nursing Qualification
NO Previous Occupational Health Experience Necessary full training providing
Expectations
Provision of Occupational Health Services at clients in the West Midlands, along with some clinics at the office in West Bromwich, along with OH provision to clients throughout the UK
Provision of full OH remit inculding Audiometry, Respiratory health, Hand arm vibration assessments, fitness to task medicals, Health Promotion.
Some contracts may incur up to 4 days working away from home
Need to be versatile in working shifts, some nights shifts or evening shifts
Expected to work occasional long days
Usually no external courses within the first 2 years
3 Week induction shadowing programme . In house monthly training sessions and monthly clincial supervision
