The Company and the Role:
Due to growth in digital demand generation and as a market leader, the Company is looking for a Sales Executive, to join their highly successful B2B Digital Sales team. Offering a competitive package, a fun working environment and fast career development and large earning potential.
The role is based in modern offices in historic Winchester city centre, within easy access to public transport offering up to £30k basic salary and a realistic uncapped OTE of £50K. This position is full time permanent.
The company is looking to bring on-board an experienced Business to Business Sales person. Ideally with a background in digital marketing / online media sales however transferable skill sets from other industries will be accepted.
The Company was founded in 2010 with the belief they could change content marketing by guaranteeing results. Since then they’ve delivered thousands of email marketing and lead generation campaigns. They are now run global campaigns from offices in Boston MA, Winchester UK, and Munich DE.

Key Features of the Role:
The principal requirement is to generate digital campaign opportunities with new and existing clients and develop business from the growing range of B2B email bulletins.
Specifically, you will develop new business by finding out who holds the advertising budget in targeted organisations as well as timelines and potential future opportunities for digital campaign requirements
Using persuasion skills and solution selling ROI to creating product urgency, so clients move to purchase stage and buy advertising space in online publications.
As the Sales Executive you will explain the features and benefits of direct email marketing compared to other forms of marketing to  gain engagement and buy in from prospects.
Offering advice to clients on the best way to approach bulletin subscribers as well as tender detailed proposals on the benefits of solutions offered with face-to-face sales meetings and pitch presentations on the benefits of solutions offered.

Knowledge and Skills:
You will be an accomplished B2B Sales Executive with a track record of success in selling over the phone in a B2B environment as well as creating tender proposals and pitch presentations.
You will ideally be experienced in Media, Digital, Advertising and or Online Marketing sales, however transferable skill sets from other solution selling industries will be considered.
You will be committed, confident and must have a positive emotionally robust attitude.
You will be hard working, highly motivated and a target driven individual.
You will need to have creative thinking and negotiation skills, as well as being able to generate urgency with clients in the sales process.

Sales Executives can receive the following basic benefits. Competitive package with a basic salary from £20,000 to £30,000 with an uncapped earning potential in the first year of £45k-£50k with the top earner on £90k.
