The Company and the Role:
This amazing Internal Sales Executive opportunity is with a growing Company who are working across the Industrial Computing and IT Solutions sector. This exciting position offers a new business hunter role with uncapped OTE potential and is based at their offices close to the South Coast. The position is full time permanent.
The Company is an award winning and established designer and manufacturer of specialist computer platforms for challenging environments and complex applications with a local head office and international satellite offices.
Due to continued growth and drive by the business owner the company is looking to add to its existing talent pool of sales professionals who have experience working in the IT Solutions / Industrial Computing sectors.
The Internal Sales Executive role demands a high level of professional sales experience gained over a stable work tenure. Hunting out new B2B IT Solution Sales opportunities with tenders and accounts up to £500K, as well as experience in client development and management of client accounts, spotting new potential revenue streams, you will also manage accounts.
The Company will require the successful candidate to be 100% committed to an office based solution sales position. Working in an on-going career development environment, learning about the business, process and team, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Key Features of the Role:
The essential criteria and experience required for this role as an Internal Sales Executive is a sales hunter personality. One who is not afraid to find a potential opportunity or prospect and develop it through multiple points of contact through a sales cycle.
Proven experience in telephone based solution selling relationship development, urgency creation, negotiating and winning projects up to £500K would be a key feature of your day to day role.
Sales leads will be produced for you by the Sales Academy team which could be completely new prospected leads, or through existing client leads, or those you have produced yourself through market and sector revision, study and business news or personal contacts.
Experience in development of customer sales strategies supported by activities and timeframes to achieve target market share, plus strong consultative / solutions orientated selling skills ability to identify new opportunities with the customers and overall sector.
You must be an experienced Computer Hardware Sales and / or IT Solution sales currently so you can hit the ground running. A competent communicator and negotiator with proven ability to actively and effectively communicate and engage with customers and internal stakeholders at all organisational levels.

Knowledge and Skills:
The Internal Sales Executive must be able to show excellent problem solving skills, data and statistical analysis methods to resolve commercial issues.
Possess exceptional and professional telephone skills with a commercially astute and sound understanding of business processes and common sense.
Excellent organisational skills and time management skills are essential to organise work scheduling and prioritisation, linked to a confident personality who can carry out detailed fact finding, with good listening skills, to assess a customer`s current IT infrastructure commitments and budgetary constraints.
Able to effectively communicate and deliver persuasive customer feedback to both internal and external stakeholders in regards to value proposition and the needs of the individual customer.
You will need to be knowledgeable and a competent user of current day office automation packages such as Word processing, Spreadsheets, Project Management, PowerPoint etc.
You must have an understanding of sales best practices and be able to show evidence of continuous on-going self-development and education. As well as being emotionally robust.
Finally, you must have a full and clean driving licence.
