Description: A Behaviour Manager is needed at a mixed-secondary school in Northamptonshire to develop, promote and integrate the school`s behavior plan to over 1000 students. The Behaviour Manager will be expected to work closely with the Vice Principal to monitor students` behaviour and attitude to learning; liaising with teachers, subject leaders and sometimes families and offering assistance where necessary. They will support the effective running of internal exclusions and detention duties. They will also act as a key point of contact for parents and should build and maintain positive, professional relationships with all our parent community.
