Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Peer Support Mentor to join our growing Peer Support team. We work in partnership with Leeds & York Partnership NHS Trust who are the Lead Provider of the Op Courage Veterans Mental Health High Intensity Service in the North of England. You will be part of the HIS team delivering important support to the family members of veterans accessing the HIS. This support will be both individual and group intervention, at a time when the veteran is accessing either crisis or inpatient care. Although a non-clinical service, you will be working alongside clinicians and Veteran Liaison Support Officers responsible for providing support to veterans and you will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team at HIS. The HIS is also delivered in partnership with CNTW and Walking with the Wounded.
