Practicing Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Directors who have already achieved a pass at PRINCE2™ Foundation level and needing to attain their Practitioner Certificate or those Practioners needing re-accreditation in PRINCE2™

DURATION
This is an intensive 3 day course with evening work.

EXAMS
The Practitioner exam is a three hour case study based exam held on day 3.

PRE-REQUISITES
20 Hours pre-course study. PRINCE2™ manual, study guide, interactive CD and e-support provided.

OBJECTIVES
• Prepare project plans using product based planning techniques
• Undertake risk analysis and management for the project
• Apply the PRINCE2™ method appropriately to projects
• Pass the PRINCE2™ Practitioner examinations

This 3 day course designed for maximum exam success includes sessions on the following:

• Organisation
• Planning and product based planning
• Controls
• Risk management
• Quality and quality review
• Change control and configuration management
• PRINCE2™ in practice
• Examination technique

APPROACH
This intensive 3 day course is design to maximize examination success. The course concludes with the PRINCE2™ Practitioner Examination being sat. This examination is three hour written paper and is an Open book examination.
