This is an intensive 5 day course with evening work.
EXAMS
The Foundation exam is one hour multiple choice held on day 3. The Practitioner exam is a three hour case study based exam held on day 5.
PRE-REQUISITES
20 Hours pre-course study. PRINCE2™ manual, study guide, interactive CD and e-support provided.
OBJECTIVES
By the end of this course Participants will be able to:
• Understand how to plan and organise PRINCE2™ projects
• Use the PRINCE2™ method to ensure quality is delivered
• Follow the processes to complete a successful PRINCE2™ project
• Prepare project plans using product based planning techniques
• Undertake risk analysis and management for the project
• Apply the PRINCE2™ method to appropriately to projects
• Take the PRINCE2™ Foundation and Practitioner examinations

A combination of trainer led and practical group working, delivered by an APMG approved trainer. All materials are accredited by APMG.
