Demob Job Reference: j2392 Job Title: Technical Applications Engineer Location: Bristol Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata Type: Contract - 6 Months Start Date: Immediate Introduction: My client is one of the UK's leading support services companies, they deliver many key services including, design, build, manage, operate and maintaining assets, dealing with companies both in the UK and overseas, supplying customers in a wide variety of industry sectors including, Defence, Marine, Naval, MoD, Nuclear, Communications, Energy and Transportation. They now require a Technical Applications Engineer to provide training and support for NX / Teamcenter and develop NX / Teamcenter policies. Please note, this is a contract position, minimum of 6 months duration. Responsibilities: - Provide training and support for NX / Teamcenter. - Carry our classification maintenance. - Standard parts maintenance. - Create technical documentation for engineering applications. - Technical Applications improvement. - Lean design initiatives. Applicant Requirements: - Degree in a relevant Engineering field preferred. - Experience within a similar role. - Proven background in NX and experience of Teamcenter preferred. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work with designers, project managers and other stakeholders. - IT Literate.
