This is a Permanent role
Based at Aston, Birmingham
40 hours per week

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing Job Cards
Raising Invoices in line with work carried out
Use of Manufacturer guidelines
Using Kerridge DMS System and outside customer authorisation platforms
Identifying parts using manufactuer parts identification tools and booking of parts to workshop job cards using the Kerridge DMS System
Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries
Organisation Skills
IT Literate
Costing retail cards
Use of ADP advantageous
