The Company and the Role:
We are rpc catering & hospitality recruitment and the newest division of the award-winning recruitment business “The rpc Group of Companies.” Because of winning a number of new clients we have a number of exciting opportunities for Chefs at all levels, all based in and around the Chichester, Bognor, Emsworth and Liphook areas. The positions are permanent.
Our Client base includes: • Hotels • Restaurants • Public Houses and Bars • Gastro Pubs • Cafes • Contract Caterers.

Opportunities currently exist for Commis Chefs, CDP’s, Junior Sous, Sous and at Head Chef level.
What’s on Offer?
Basic Salaries tend to be in a range from £17,000 pa ( Commis Chef ) up to around £35,000pa ( Head / Executive Chef).
Tips are generally payable on top of basic salary and for Sous and Head Chefs there is often a bonus payable based on GP performance .
