LGV Class C Driver / HIAB Operator

Full time, minimum of 40 hours per week Monday to Sunday, hours are variable to suit projects and involve some nights and weekend working
Location - Coleshill, West Midlands
Due to successful growth we are looking for a LGV Class C Driver / HIAB Operator. This Company is a leading supplier and installer of Vehicle Restraint Systems including Safety Barrier and Parapet Systems. They are one of the market leaders installing Environmental Barrier (Acoustic) and General Fencing, working nationwide on secured contracts

Job Description
Working as part of our construction - industrial facilities and infrastructure sector
Your main duties will involve
Compliance with all safety measures and safe systems of work from both the client and ourselves
Operation of both a LGV/LGV HIAB for logistical and site work purposes
Loading and unloading of LGV`s utilizing on board HIAB and rear ramp access
Transportation of plant and materials between sites and within singular site locations making lone deliveries
Working in conjunction with Fencing gangs when logistical duties are not required, this will involve the erection of safety barrier and general fencing duties, so the candidate needs to be aware manual handling will be required
The Successful candidate will
Have a minimum of a current UK LGV Class C (Class C) Driving Licence
Hold a current driver qualification card (CPC)
A certificate of competency for HIAB, preferably CPCS or Allmi
Experience gained from working in the construction industry along with a current CSCS card would be beneficial
Training for the operation of a LGV mounted HIAB and other plant will be provided for the right candidate
Prepared to sometimes work and travel away from home in order to meet the business needs
