The Resident Services Manager is the first point of contact for residents of two private rental developments in Exeter, consistently delivering the highest levels of customer service. The Resident Services Manager provides a crucial role in overseeing the general maintenance of the buildings, houses and apartments to an immaculate standard. You will also support residents who are moving in or out of the accommodation and generally ensuring that great relationships are maintained with the residents and the client landlord. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who cares about people and offering the highest levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a warm and courteous welcome to all residents and visitors
- To actively engage with residents, visitors, colleagues and contractors to provide a seamless experience for residents
- To co-ordinate day-to-day operations ensuring quality and service delivery meet and exceed residents’ expectations at all times
- To anticipate residents’ needs by engaging and asking questions to understand those needs to be able to adapt services to those needs when required
- To maintain an awareness of cultural differences to meet specific requirements of residents
Essential
- The two sites are only ten minutes apart but a clean driving licence is essential
Desirable
- Previous experience in residential property or two years’ experience working in a customer service environment, or a similar hospitality industry
- However, this role is about your desire and drive to provide excellent customer service and this will be the main consideration rather than previous experience in this sector

Knowledge
- A good level of education with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A sound understanding of Health and Safety principals, methods and assessments
- Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
