Experienced Parts Advisor needed for Coventry
Monday to Friday 12pm - 10pm
47.5 hours a week
Starting salary £23,000 rising to £25,000 after probation period
Accountabilities
Receive all parts orders, matching orders against stock items and advising customer of any items which are not stocked and need ordering
Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery
To make up customer orders for despatch
Ensure that the image and levels of customer service within the department is in line with company standards
Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively
Handle all internal and external customers suppliers with courtesy
Adhere to Health & safety policies and Procedures at all times
Knowledge Skills
Basic working knowledge of Vehicle Technology
An appreciation of our customers, the environment in which they operate
Stock control experience
Basic knowledge of word, excel and outlook
