The Company and the Role:
This 5-star hotel situated in the New Forest, Hampshire is looking for dedicated and passionate, customer focused Waiting Staff, offering award winning guest service throughout the day. The position is permanent.
The Hotel is laid-back luxury at its best - a stunning building set in the middle of the New Forest landscape, where ancillary duties could require you to learn Bee Keeping or how to land a helicopter, being just some of the amazing experiences you could be involved in.
A multi-award-winning 32 bed hotel with a restaurant which has a different approach to hospitality - fine dining has been thrown out and replaced with a fun dining experience which includes seasonal, locally sourced and fresh British food with an Italian twist.
The opportunity to join their friendly Front of House Team, at their Flag Ship 5 Star Hotel venue.

Key Features of the Role:
As Waiting Staff, you will be in charge of all guest interaction and customer service in the hotel when it comes to all food and beverage service, and it is essential that you are a confident and committed individual, that is comfortable following directions, working alone, or in a team.
You must be able to adapt to different situations that develop, ensuring all the guest`s needs are catered for, at all times.
Waiting Staff vacancies are permanent full time positions working 5 days a week, 45 hours base, with 2 consecutive days off. The shift times can vary, usually 1 early per week, 1 late per week, 1 all day per week and a mixture in-between, earliest start is 8:00, but this may change.
Using your customer service skills and front of house hospitality experience to achieve positive results with hotel guests, who are using the amazing Italian restaurant and fully licenced bar.
Being visible, approachable and engaging with guests during the shift is a key requirement in this role, carrying out the basic hospitality principles that a professional Waiter or Waitress would be expected to complete.

Knowledge and Skills:
You will be an accomplished hospitality and catering professional, with experience as a front of house member of Waiting Staff.
Trained customer service professional who can manage guest expectations and offer a great guest experience.
A robust and reliable attitude is essential in this role, full training will be provided.
You must have previous experience, however it can be from a hotel, restaurant, bar or retail environment.
You must be an approachable and engaging personality, who can handle guest enquiries and requests.
Must have your own transport to get to the venue for interview and work, as no reliable public transport links.
You must be looking for a fun and exciting career development path in the hospitality industry sector, as the Company is looking for their next in-take of potential Supervisors and Managers of the Future, as the group is expanding.

What`s on Offer?

A basic salary £18,371.53 per annum. In addition, you will be entitled to a Tronc payment (estimated £80pm on average), Tips, Overtime.
Training on anything from, Bar, Sommelier, Kitchen, and Management to Bee Keeping or helicopter landing skills and everything else in-between.
Access to work across the Hotel group during the Ski Season in France or take advantage of the Hotels access to a super yacht
Working 5 days a week, 45 hours base per week, earliest shift starts at 8:00, with a variety of shift patterns available, depending on the Hotel`s needs, 2 consecutive days off per week.
Holiday entitlement is 20 days plus all bank and public holidays, rising by 1 day each year for 5 years.

A live-in option is currently unavailable due to current staff accommodation commitments and waiting list.
