You will need to be capable of evaluating the results of marketing campaigns and optimizing processes, to understand information and create action plans. The marketing campaigns will create brand awareness, drive lead generation and provide thought leadership for the company’s Salesforce App; the App delivers real time customer service feedback allowing impactful behavioural changes to be made with the ability to see the resulting ROI.
