Our catering & hospitality division is now seeking an additional Recruitment Consultant. The position is permanent.
Key Features of the Role:
Newly created role because of the success of the catering and hospitality division
The role itself involves managing all aspects of the recruitment process from gaining clients and winning assignments through to advertising, headhunting, screening candidates to organizing interviews through to facilitating job offers leading to placements. This is commonly known nowadays as 360 Degree Recruiting.
Knowledge and Skills:
You must have some recruitment experience either as a Resourcer or Consultant and ideally in the catering & hospitality sector.
In order to be successful in this business you will need an array of personal strengths – business development skills in a business to business environment, people assessment skills, business and commercial awareness combined with a strong work ethic, a network of contacts, high drive and energy, capable of working under own initiative, as well as having a desire to run your own recruitment desk, gravitas, presence and excellent communication skills.

What’s on Offer?
Basic salary is genuinely negotiable within a range of £18,000 - £24,000 and dependent upon your experience and skill set. Auto – enrolment Pension and Holiday entitlement commencing with 20 days plus bank and public holidays increasing to 25 days.
In addition, there is a bonus scheme on top of the basic salary plus an opportunity to win other various incentives.
