The Company and the Role:
Exciting new Fleet Insurance Advisor permanent opportunity in Southampton, with a Commercial Insurance Brokerage, working warm insurance leads, fact finding and selling on features and benefits.
This role involves ZERO cold calling and is 100% warm insurance leads, and a client database to work from, advising and selling a full range of liability insurance products.
The Company is looking to bring in new talent, into their small team, who wants to learn develop, and try a new insurance sales challenge.
Working in a casual office environment with other fully trained professional who have been in the industry for many years, giving you great support, knowledge and back-up.
The Company is actively growing and is looking at its 3rd expansion in just as many years, so this is a great time to jump on-board. 

Key Features of the Role:
As Fleet Insurance Advisor you have no late nights to work and the majority of weekends off.
You will call business clients that are on the database or that have come in via lead generation campaigns and other various partner portals.
Carrying out your full fact finds with each customer and covering all data protection legislation, financial services regulation requirements, to gain the best possible picture of the business customers’ needs and budget, as well as building rapport throughout the call.
You will have constant training and development on telephone call handling skills, learning how to fact find, investigate, how to use open and closed questioning skills, negotiation, and how to close a sale in a compliant, successful and professional way.
Sourcing the right fit fleet insurance products for your customer and then looking to close the sale based on the product, features, benefits, service, price, and the rapport you have generated, in a compliant and professional manner.
Bonus is uncapped and a number of existing staff are earning very good bonus multipliers through great customer satisfaction surveys, and selling the correct policy first time, based on the clients needs.

Knowledge and Skills:
As Fleet Insurance Advisor you must have current insurance telesales experience and have covered Fleet Insurance products in some way.
Must be competent on Word, Microsoft Outlook programs.
Must be emotionally robust, can take direction, willing to learn and develop new skills.
If you have any insurance qualifications to support your application that is great but this is not essential.
Must have worked with a CRM or sales database in current or previous role.

What’s on Offer?
The Fleet Insurance Advisor basic salary range is (depending on experience) £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
Monthly bonus ranging from £500 - £1000 per month.
Potential overtime if willing to work additional Saturdays or Bank Holidays.
Full time hours working Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch. 1 day per week will be 10:00 – 18:30. With 1 Saturday out of 4 working 9:30 – 13:30.
20 days holiday + 8 public bank holidays, 1 additional holiday for each year completed.
Auto enrolment pension.
Full and free insurance and financial services product training and sales skills development.
Mellow office environment with background radio music. Company Christmas events.
Smart casual office dress code.
There is no free parking, but there is a car park close to the office, or you can use regular public transport links from Southampton Central.
