We are now looking for a confident, enthusiastic Area Sales Engineer to cover and develop the Sales and profitability within a designated geographical area, Worcester, Gloucesterhisre, Oxford and Wiltshire. This company is a reliable partner, trustworthy, delivering consistency so that customers feel at ease with operations running smoothly. We act honestly with products and services that are practical and appropriate for the needs of the customers.
As an Area Sales Engineer for this Company you will effectively promote and sell this companys innovative range of cutting tools. You will grow business at exisiting end user and distribution customer level as well as providing technical advice and support to our customers and ensuring their problems are resolved in a timely manner. You will liaise with existing distribution networks and develop the distribution base in the sales area. Discovering potential new business within your territory is also required as well as managing existing accounts.

You will need to have a City & Guilds/BTEC or equivalent level qualification in an Engineering discipline with a strong engineering background and product knowledge. You will benefit from having strong interpersonal skills and being customer focused. You will need to be organized and have good negotiation skills.
