The Company is currently seeking a Project Manager (RAIL) to manage projects from contract award through to completion.
Key Features of the Role:
To complete contract negotiation, carry out supplier negotiation and control within the project life cycle management. Resource planning including R&R matrix, customer and supplier liaison with commercial responsibility for compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Control and management of variations (pre and post VO award), project design and engineering understanding with proactive and consistent approach to documentation. Financial responsibility for contract performance, reporting and invoicing, project cash flow forecasting and management in order to build a harmonious working project team.
Detailed reporting to customer and divisional project manager, Jobcard completion and control. Interface between other divisions and departments Management of IDR meetings and reviews as appropriate with on time project delivery
The post is mainly UK based but may require short visits abroad for commissioning purposes
Knowledge and Skills:
You will be an accomplished Project Manager with experience of managing projects from contract award through to completion.
You will require sound technical and commercial telecoms knowledge.
Detailed technical knowledge of multiple communication systems with experience within the divisional marketplace and excellent IT and communication skills.
What`s on Offer:
A basic salary of around £50k + Pension, 23 holidays (plus Bank and Public holidays), BHSF - Bronze cover immediate benefit, immediate Death in Service x 2 salary and sports and social event activities.
