Job Details
A Building Services Project Leader is needed to lead on all aspects of design and specification of building services including electrical systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and domestic water services. The Building Services Project Leader will be the main client interface leading the design and specification of building services including technical reports, site surveys, quality inspections and the supervision of junior engineers; the Building Services Project Leader will ensure that projects meet all health and safety and building regulations. This role is based in London and is a great opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Building Services Engineering Consultancy as an intermediate or senior engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership of the client interface
- Conduct site surveys
- Attendance at snagging quality inspections
- Scrutinise project handover information, including (O&M) manuals
- Display a highly competent understanding of all relevant British and European standards
- Understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work model and its eight stage process
- Supervision of junior engineers

Other:
- Ability to write clear and concise specifications, technical reports and condition surveys
Salary: £35,000-£45,000
