We now require a Driver/Warehouse in Burton On Trent :
Job Requirements
Driving a Ford transit or similar on a clean licence and showing courtesy to other road users - our branding on the vehicles is our advertising
Delivery and collection of Archive barcoaded boxes containing confidential information some of which are medical files/patient records (which should never be left unattended) to multiple locations
Able to manually carry boxes up and down stairs as many of our delivery locations are multi storey and without lift access
Able to fulfill a customer facing role and represent us in a positive and helpful manner
Have some IT skills but training will be given. There is no direct computer use but we use apps on phones to manage some aspects of our operation and also use handheld scanners
Manage day to day operations within the warehouse ensuring boxes are stored tidily and locations are correctly recorded via the scanning devices
Route plan and self manage the daily workload
Able to use a scissor lift and work at height again training will be given
Use an industrial sized shredding machine in a secure unit again training will be given
We are currently providing 40 hrs per week with occasional overtime
We need someone with the following skills
High level of self motivation as much of the work is solo and unsupervised
High levels of integrity as security of confidential documents is paramount
Meticulous and precise in all aspects of the role
Well turned out and polite

The ability to be flexible and adapt to workloads
Be capable of using initiative to resolve problems on the move especially when delivering or collecting
For a candidate with more than basic IT Skills there may be some opportunties going forward to develop further and carry out scanning of documents when required
An immediate start is available for the right person who can shadow our present employee while being trained. Own transport will be required to get to and from the site. Hours of work are generally
Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
