A meticulous and rigorous individual is sought to monitor production standards for a hugely successful AV rack design, build and installation company. The Quality Assurance Manager is the ‘go to’ person for the company dealing with customer and internal enquiries. Strength of character is essential and an ability to identify where in the construction process slips in quality occur, communicate these findings to management and the individual and arrange training to eliminate repetition of a fault.
The Quality Assurance Manager must have excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate with others within the business and customers. In addition, the successful candidate must have a technical background with time served or equivalent electrical and electronic engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
