Warranty Administrator required for a dealership in Thetford.
Permanent role
40 Hours a week Monday to Friday
Pension Scheme, Increasing holiday entitlement with length of Service, Long Service Awards, Referral Scheme Incentive
Main Duties and Responsibilties
To prepare and process warranty claims following strict company and manufacturing guidelines
Monitoring claim status to final payments
General office duties
Person Specification
Warranty of service back ground would be beneficial but not essential
Computer literate (word, excel and outlook)
Excellent administration skills
Enthusiastic
Approachable
Outstanding organisation skills
Good clean telephone manner
