I am looking for a Service Administrator in Birmingham
The candidate should have experience of working previously within the Automotve Sector, this could have been in Cars/Light or Heavy Commercial. Ideally someone who is confident taking calls from customers and has a great customer service attitude. The candidate will beed to fit in as part fo a team and be open to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and systems. The Candidate will also be responsible for lookig after service bookings/repair for two of our high profile customers so communication is key.
Monday to Friday 08.00 - 18.00 (1 Hour lunch)
Saturday 1 in 3 rota
