Key Responsibilities:
To undertake High Friction Surfacing, Imprint and Thermoplastic Screed works, along with other highway works carried out throughout the company as instructed by the Supervisor
To adhere to and promote safe working processes at all times.
To carry out all works with care, using the appropriate tools and safeguards
To promote effective team operations, dealing with colleagues and customers in a courteous and professional manner
To undertake any continuing professional development / training required
To undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as required by the business
To act in accordance with company policies and procedures, To behave in a manner that supports and promotes the companys stated vision and values.
To act in accordance with the companys Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and practices,
v Prior experience of working in a similar environment
v Demonstrable track record of excellent performance
v Ability to deliver high quality output
v Good working knowledge of highways & building materials
v Demonstrable understanding of Health & Safety legislation v CSCS Card but not essential
v Driving Licence
v Strong communication skills
