Service Administrator - Thetford

Due to successful growth we are recruiting for a Service Administrator based at our Thetford Site
40 Basic Weekly Hours, Saturday Mornings on a rota basis
Main Duties and Responsibilites
Preparing job cards and raising invoices in line with works carried out & maintenance guidelines using Kerridge DMS system and outside customer authorisation platforms
Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries
Taking bookings and updating workshop planning system accordingly
Dealing with customer enquiries on the Service Reception counter
Liaising with technicians
Costing retail cards and allocating technicians labour times accordingly
Filing
General day to day administrative requirements
Organisational skills
IT Literate
Experience in warranty (Preferable but not essential)
Use of ADP and previous service administration experience will be advantageous
