Reports to Service Manager
40 Basic Weekly hours, Some Saturday Mornings on a Rota Basis
Additonal Benefits : Overtime if wanted
Main Dutities and Responsibilities
Preparing job cards and raising invoices in line with works carried out and manufacturer guidelines using Kerridge DMS System and outside customer authorisation platforms
Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries
Taking bookings and updating workshop planning system accordingly
Filing
General day to day administrative requirements
Organisational Skills
IT Literate
Experience in warranty (Preferable but not Essential)
Use of ADP and previous service administration experience will be advantageous
