As Breakfast Manager for Southampton’s most exciting destination bar and restaurant, you will be required to lead the breakfast operation to ensure a seamless guest service delivery. The position is permanent.

As Breakfast Manager you will lead the breakfast operation to ensure internal and external guests have the best experience possible at every single touch point, service, food and ambiance.
Knowledge and Skills:
As Breakfast Manager you will need experience of working in a quality food and beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence.
You will ideally currently be working in an assistant or supervisory F&B role and looking for the next step in your career.
Strong leadership, a passion for service excellence and a determination to be the best is essential.

Basic salary up to £21,000 per annum
