Responsible for all plant, tools and equipment being returned to its proper location at the end of the shift or as otherwise directed by the production management team.

This is not just a routine role but comes with the responsibility that can have an effect on all members of staff and overall production. Being the interface with all other operational departments on site, e.g. transport, testing, movements and logistics allows you to be valued and show your own skills.

You will be expected to implement and monitor the `Environmental` and `Health and Safety` criteria for team and work area, including undertaking local toolbox talks and deviation briefings with the support of the Product Delivery Manager. The Company will encourage actively the continuous process of improvement within the working methods of all your staff. As part of this role Team Leaders may be required, in exceptional circumstances and after consulting with Human Resources, where team members refuse to follow instructions and guidance given to them by the Team Leader, to issue a verbal warning. Any further escalation of disciplinary matters will be dealt with by the appropriate Manager.
