Three Week Rotational Shift Pattern - 365 days per year, will be required to work bank holidays
Shift A 5am - 3pm, Monday to Thursday - 7 days off
Shift B 6am - 6pm, Friday to Sunday
Shift C 2pm - 11pm, Monday to Thursday - 3 days off
37.5 average working hours per week
25 days holiday entitlement, additonal shifts available
JOB SUMMARY
The role is to provide telephone support to a diverse range of fleet clients
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls
Arrange service support
Control live vehicle events
Ensure all compliance administration is maintained
Part of the role will be to plan scheduled service bookings and communicate these to the customer and service providers
The Candidate
The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service and will have the ability to fully understand and fulfill customer needs in a busy and fast paced environment
You will be able to build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal and external colleagues. You will have proficient call handling skills and be able to assess and
understand customer needs in order to achieve an outstanding level of customer satisfaction
You will have accurate key board and data entry skills and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including email and the internet. The call centre is equipped with R2C fleet management software and full training will be provided for this.
Motor trade/fleet experience or knowledge of motor vehicles is desirable although full training will be given to suitable candidates
