The Company is a global provider of surveillance and navigation systems for land and sea environments through radar technologies and capabilities of detecting the smallest of targets in clutter.

They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be based at their site in North London. The role is permanent

As a Regional Sales Manager your remit is to be responsible for the sales of Single Side Band products and systems to customers within the region.

Key Features of the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the whole sales process from prospect identification, through qualification, presentation, proposals, negotiation and finally closing the sale.

Post sales activities to ensure the contracted goods are delivered.

Identify and prioritise key market areas to meet targets established by sales forecasts for allocated territories.

Key account management and new sales travel within the UK and overseas as required.

Establish and maintain marketing representation, opportunities, and awareness of competitor offering and provide support and input to marketing activities.

Knowledge and Skills:

Previous compliance experience within operational instructions or procedural company policies.

You must have organisational, time management skills along with external and internal communication skills.

Appropriate experience of working with personal protective equipment, on site as well as the commitment to travel around the UK and abroad.

As a Regional Sales Manager you will have a proven track record in sales, customer accounts and ongoing customer relationship management.

You must have a good telephone manner.

Commercial acumen and experience of profit and loss responsibility is a must.

Marine industry background would be preferred as product knowledge of the marine sector is a must.

Conversant with standard MS Office software packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Must have over 5 years of current UK address history.

Must be GB or EU passport holder, visa sponsors or visa applicants cannot be considered.

You must have a clean driving licence.
