Job Details
Our client has a long history in the removals, storage and shipping industry and is seeking a skilled HGV Driver with a class 2 licence to join their team of dedicated top quality removal specialists. The Removal Driver must have a good attitude, be committed to excellent customer service and have a smart personal appearance. There will be some work away from the Hampshire base and so there will be a few overnight stays away from home. In addition, there is also general distribution work.

Person Specification:
Essential:
- Have a valid and clean LGV Class 2 Driver’s licence.
- Have valid CPC and Digi tacho cards.
- Have working knowledge of tachographs, driving regulations and WTD (Working Time Directive)
- Good attitude
- Smart personal appearance
- Commitment to customer service
Desirable:
- Knowledge of packing client’s goods and loading of vehicle is ideal (training may be provided).
Hours: 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday; however start and finish times can vary therefore flexibility is required.
