HQ4930 Operative
Location: Henley on Thames (+ covering South East area)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE + OTE
An exciting opportunity has become available to work for a family run business that specialises in the control of decay and dampness in period properties and listed buildings including water proofing, damp proofing and basements.
The majority of the work is carried out in London and covering the South East area. You are required to commence work on site at 8am and therefore early starts maybe required. As part of a team, you will carry out the installation of work as instructed and this can involve digging, using machinery and tools. You will need to attend the site office in Henley on Thames once a fortnight for meetings.
Experience within the industry would be useful, but also the desire to uphold the company values, deliver exceptional service and to work hard, efficiently and to the best of your ability is a must.
Full training and PPE provided. There is also opportunity to undertake further certificated training.
Applications from ex-military personnel (Royal Air Force, Royal Navy, British Army, and Royal Marines) are strongly encouraged.

Essential:
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Experience of Site work
- Professional standard of written and spoken English
- The ability and desire to work as part of a team
- To be Pro-active
- Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
