Key Features of the Role:
As a Civil Enforcement Officer you would be patrolling the across the cities, towns and counties in your location throughout the year.
Your duties would include: • Patrolling to ensure that road traffic regulations are being followed. • Recording and issuing Penalty Charge Notices. • Checking car park equipment and reporting damage or faults. • Reporting defective signs and road markings. • Reporting abandoned vehicles. • Assisting the general public where necessary.
Knowledge and Skills:
We are currently looking to recruit former military candidates who are:
• Cool and calm under pressure. • Physically fit and able to carry out the duties the role requires. • Attention to detail and a good level of awareness. • Able to deal with the public in a professional and polite yet authoritative manner.
Ideal (but not required) holding a full driving licence and/or CBT
Reporting and filling in data capture forms to process enforcement notices.
Whats on Offer
• Hourly rate of £7.50ph (an equivalent basic ranging from £17,000 to £18,000. • 50p per hour productivity payment award. • Working in partnership with County and City Local Authority clients to ensure smooth traffic flow through traffic enforcements. • Full time and part time roles are available. • Working within a friendly and professional team, including other former military personnel. • Fully recognised training provided. • Uniform provided. • Physical exercise due to the duties and responsibilities of the role.
