SW 4828: Deputy Process Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 DOE

My client is looking for a Deputy Process Manager (Sampling and Testing) for a 12-month fixed term contract in The Falkland Islands, to assist in the running of plant machinery to break down oil waste on the Island. Reporting to the Engineering Process Manager, the Deputy Process Manager (Sampling and Testing) is likely to be experienced in taking fuel/oil/waste samples, analysing, testing and reporting results of various tests. You will be experienced in safe liquid fuel handling and aware of the risks these pose. Training will take place in Devon or Hampshire and following pre-deployment holidays the team will deploy to the Falkland Island in Jan 18.

Training would commence in the UK approx. October with work starting in January 2018 (15 months in total). This role will ideally suit someone from a Royal Navy, Army or Royal Air Force background who has fuel/lubricant management experience (Pet Ops, Fuel Ops or equivalent). Simple, but comfortable accommodation and meals will be provided in the MPA area at no cost (civilian contractor units). 6 weeks holiday every 6 months working on a rota basis with the other team members.
