Kitchen Installer
Location: Greater London
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 + (Oyster Card)
Kitchen Installers are required to join the UK’s leading manufacturer of high-end kitchens and carry out specialist installations in and around London’s prestigious, newly built, residential and commercial properties.
A successful Kitchen Installer will have the desire to learn new skills and build on existing practical skills. With a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Wood Occupations, Joinery, Carpentry, or similar, the ideal Kitchen Installer will be a team player who understands the need to be flexible when working within the very dynamic construction industry. This position offers the opportunity for progression and long-term career prospects to successful candidates.

With most if not all installation projects carried out in the Greater London area, you should be prepared to travel in and around London to carry out planned installation work. An Oyster Card will be provided to successful applicants to enable easy travel to and from site.
Whilst product and manufacturer specific training is provided you should have a minimum qualification at Level 2 in a 2nd Fix Joinery or wood working qualification and must hold or be able to obtain a valid CSCS card. You must be able to work under your own initiative, with a team, have an eye for detail and take great pride in a job well done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Installations (including some finishing such as minor plumbing, tiling, plastering and painting tasks – training and inductions are provided).
- Ordering materials for van stock
- Completing relevant paperwork

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
Essential:
- You should be experienced in kitchen fitting, cabinet making, 2nd fix joinery or a similar wood occupations discipline. NVQ Level 2or equivalent.
- CSCS Card
- Experience of with working with electric power tools such as jigsaws.
- Current, clean driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
