Due to unprecedented expansion our client, one of London’s foremost construction solutions specialists, is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated Office Administrator & Accounts to support their Directors.
Applications from suitably qualified ex-military personnel (Royal Air Force, Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Marines) will be particularly relevant for this position.
Main Duties
Reporting to Directors:
Processing wages
Inputting invoices onto the accounting software (Sage 50)
Checking invoices against delivery tickets/order numbers
Inputting data on a waste management log
Assisting the Surveyors/Estimators in administrative duties
Assisting the Directors in any administrative duties
Essential Skills:
At least 5 GCSEs from A-C which include English and Maths
Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Sage 50 an advantage but not essential
Ability to establish good working relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to foresee office needs
Problem solver and able to adapt quickly to ever changing situations
Prepared to take responsibility and be held accountable
Be proactive and able to multi-task
Good time management skills
Be self-motivated and enthusiastic
Strong Team ethos
Office hours Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
