Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Salary: £12,000 + Commission (OTE - £19,500)
Location: Witchford, Ely
Due to continued expansion the UK’s leading ex-military recruitment consultancy, Forces Recruitment Services (FRS) is seeking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer. Based in Witchford, Cambridgeshire FRS is at the cutting edge of ex-military recruitment and is keen to hear from individuals looking to establish a unique career within the recruitment industry.
This is NOT a sales position.
Working within a fast-paced and target-focussed environment, the role of the Recruitment Resourcer will be varied. However, key duties will include:
- Posting new vacancy details to external job boards and social media platforms;
- Sourcing candidates by searching the FRS Candidate database, external job boards and social media platforms;
- Pro-actively engaging with prospective candidates by email and phone, notifying them of vacancy details and supporting them with the application process;
- Managing inbound candidate enquiries relating to active vacancies;
- Evaluating and shortlisting applicants and ensuring vacancy and applicant data is updated accordingly within the FRS database;
- Forwarding FRS application forms to shortlisted candidates for completion. On receipt of completed forms, uploading to the FRS database, against the relevant candidate record;
- Carry out phone-based pre-screening interviews of shortlisted candidates, adding interview notes to candidate records and precis to application forms;
- Providing application updates and feedback to rejected and shortlisted candidates;
- Submitting shortlisted candidates to Senior Consultants for review, prior to submission to clients;
- Keeping up-to-date with innovative resourcing platforms and strategies and work with Operations Director to identify process improvements.
This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities as you may be required to carry out additional tasks as reasonably requested by the management team.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with an ability to multitask;
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to interact with a range of different personalities;
- An ability to quickly build rapport;
- Must possess excellent IT skills with experience in using MS Outlook, Word and Excel. You will also have familiarity with a number of social media platforms and the ability to be trained on internal systems.
