Due to continued growth and success within the business that has seen the staffing levels quadruple over the last 3/4 years, our client would like to bring in a new wave of customer service recruits that they can mould into the next generation of fully qualified specialist insurance service agents.
They are looking for bright and positive people to join them as Customer Service Agents who are confident and who can take direction from senior members of the team.  The positions are permanent. You do not need to have vast experience levels, just a can do attitude and ability to learn and develop and a good telephone manner.
Our client will provide you with all of the skills and knowledge required to become successful. This role is ideal for candidate with no experience in Insurance, who want to learn a trade and develop quickly in their careers. There are several examples within the team, of successful newcomers who have been promoted within the business.
As part of a team of 7 you will be responsible for the administration of thousands of policyholders. The primary task of the team is to aid customers in the completion of their post-sale obligations including validation of documents, making payments on time and sending out policy documentation.
The role also incorporates making outbound calls to customers in order to advise them of missed deadlines and how to resolve the situation.
The role is an excellent starting point for anyone with the right attitude to get a start in the interesting and varied world of Insurance.
You will assist team with exceeding work load targets.
You will support customers in their post inception obligations to ensure they remain on cover and a customer.
You will be issuing policy documentations.
You will collate, upload and manage the post.
You will attend daily Buzz Meetings starting at 8.50 am with your team.
You will understand and implement procedures surrounding Data Protection and other industry guidelines.
You will ensure staff adhere to all processes contained within the staff handbook.
You will have a laid out training plan to follow with an initial 2 week induction.
You will have ongoing training via monthly 121’s, team training and external support.
You will be expected to maintain continuous development via industry recognised training system, minimal one course per month covering topics across Insurance Industry.
You will also have the opportunity to apply for professional qualifications within the insurance industry subject to successful application and probation period of minimal 6 months.
Hours of work will be 8.50am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday plus one Saturday in four, 9am – 1pm.

Knowledge and Skills:
You will be a bright and positive person someone who is confident and who can take direction from senior members of the team.
You do not need to have vast experience levels, just a can do attitude and ability to learn and develop and a good telephone manner.
You will be someone who is self-motivated and able to offer excellent customer service.
Finally, you should be ambitious, able and wanting to learn new skills and complete additional qualifications.
Basic Salary from £14,100 - £16,000 depending on experience, team bonus pot available after satisfactory completion of your probationary period of employment.
