An established company offering coach hire services for over 30 years has a requirement for a Coach Driver.
The company’s services are mainly focused on the South East and requires a Driver to be based within a maximum of 30 miles from Westerham, Kent.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Clean driving licence
Category D driving entitlement
Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) due to the need to work closely with children at times.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The Coach Driver must:
Be presentable in appearance;
Fully understand and be able to provide exemplary customer service;
Be courteous, disciplined and authoritative when required;
Be able to be calm under pressure;
Have a flexible attitude;
Possess high levels of honesty and integrity.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Coach Driver will be expected to:
Be confident driving a large vehicle;
Wear a Company uniform (supplied);
Have a fair knowledge of London and the South East of England (although satnavs are allowed);
Have excellent inter personal skills as the role requires dealing with and assisting children, vulnerable adults and corporate clients;
Drive Company vehicles in accordance with the legal requirements and Company procedures;
Ensure customers with special needs are given every assistance and attention;
Control difficult/challenging customers within legislative and Company procedures;
Report any incident that involves injury, damage to any passenger, pedestrian or third-party property immediately, in line with Company procedures.
SALARY / PACKAGE
£26,000 per annum (based on a 5-day week)
Overtime is a possibility but not compulsory
28 days` holiday including Bank Holidays
