Description: Our client is looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced Control Room Operator to handle incoming and outgoing communications from our client`s recovery drivers and customers. Reporting to the Control Centre Manager, the successful candidate will work directly with logistical and operational teams to ensure recovery solutions are delivered above and beyond customers` expectations. It is anticipated that the Control Room Operator work shifts to a total of 9 hours a day (average of 42 hours per week), and may have varied start times but follow a repeat pattern of 7on 3off, and 7on 4off.
