Description: |
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager who has a proven successful background within the Security industry.
You would be based in Lubumbashi, DRC which is in the Southern region of the Congo. Here you will be tasked with the business development of our clients Security Logistic Packages. You will be working closely with the Security Operations Manager and together planning and winning new business.
Skills required:
• Proven business development background is essential
• Good IT skills
• Good French (ideally fluent)
• Excellent networking, presentation and relationship skills
• Confident self starter
As your experience and knowledge of our company increases your role may change to reflect the continued growth of the company. Your ability to adapt to these changes and forward new ideas and personal initiatives will be required in this regard.
DURATION
This present employment opportunity will be for a period of twelve months and may be extended subject to both parties agreeing for further periods of twelve months.
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. A flat salary of 100,000 United States Dollars (USD) for the twelve month period to be paid equally and monthly in arrears either in cash or into your nominated bank account.
2. Medical care for normal illnesses. All major interventions or indeed evacuations must be covered by your own personal health insurance policy.
3. Leave will consist of 4 months in country and 15 working days leave.
4. Three return flights to Europe per year.
5. This offer is open for your written acceptance for a period of seven days.
6. This offer will be subject to a trial period of employment where either party can sever this arrangement giving one months prior notice at any time up to 4 months from the date of commencement.
7. Agreement on whether to extend this employment offer should be completed no later than one month prior to the end of the contract.
8. Our client will provide suitable accommodation with furniture for you after successful completion of the trial period.
9. In the event that either party choose to sever this arrangement prior to or at the end of the 4 month trial period, any expenses (flights / visa costs in DRC) will be deducted.
