Qualifications/ Experience Required:
• The successful applicant will be a professionally qualified accountant with a clear desire to play an integral role within the business.
• Additionally he must have a very strong commercial awareness and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in Afghanistan and/or Middle East preferred
• Strong leadership and team building capabilities
• Comfortable in a highly entrepreneurial and continuously changing corporate culture
• Excellent written, verbal, and cross-cultural communication skills
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
• Professional proficiency in English
