Stephen Wildridge:

Steve who is the founder of 4ex served in the Royal Corps of Signals as a cable technician. He decided to start an ex military recruitment company back in 2000 after his own experiences of leaving the forces. Steve later went onto to read a degree in Internet Computing and currently studying Accounting with the Open University. His main interests apart from his work are Golf which he plays at a semi professional level and running the odd marathon.

Robbie Turner AREC:

Robbie has followed many career paths since leaving the Signals back in 2001 to include Telecoms, IT, Logistics and more recently working with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in Iraq. A devoted family man with wife Tara and son Ethan he has a shared passion for Snowboarding, Rugby and Squash but spends most of his time trying to avoid running Marathons with Steve.

Mark Viagas:

Mark served 12 years in the Signals before he left his last unit in Germany back in 2000. Mark decided to continue with his IT career and worked in Holland for a further 5 years before returning back to the UK seeking a new career. Mark now runs our Educational and H&S recruitment section providing companies with NVQ Assessors / trainers and Health & Safety consultants. Mark is a very keen footballer and is constantly signing up the office for 5 a side football matches.

Fiona Wilson:

The latest addition to the team, Fiona is our 4ex Membership Secretary.  Recruited in 2007 to provide help and assistance to our members, Fiona is able to work with our members/candidates to ensure their CVs are in a suitable format and give guidance where possible.
